The Shooting Stars, ages 12 to 18, will experience the glitz and glam of the Roaring 20′s set in Atlantic City in this revival of the popular Broadway musical. To be directed and choreographed by Jimmy Hippenstiel with Assistant Director Deborah Mathews and Vocal Director Sharon Frazier from September 8, 2011 to January 28, 2012 with performances at The Rose Center Theater in Westminster. We are looking for a maximum cast size of 40 to tap and sing their way through this madcap comedy about love and friendship.
Audition Rehearsals: September 8 from 6:30pm to 9:45pm and September 10 from 9:30am to 5:00pm
NOTE: Must attend ALL auditions.
First FULL Cast Rehearsal: September 15 from 6:30pm to 9:45pm
NOTE: BRING A LIST OF YOUR CONFLICTS, a 3 ring binder and a pencil to the FIRST DAY.
Regular Rehearsals: Every Saturday September 17 from 9:30am to 1:00pm and some Thursdays from 6:30pm to 9:45pm as per schedule
Mandatory Tech Week: January 16 to 19 from 5:30pm to 10:15pm and Pick-up Rehearsal on January 25
Six Performances: January 20 to 21 and January 26 to 28 at 7:30pm with a special matinee performance on January 22 at 2:00pm
